Grow Strong Marijuana Plants Ready To Transplant

 

Cultivar tu propia planta de Cannabis te permite a largo plazo ahorrar dinero y ayudar al medioambiente; contrario a lo que muchos creen no es tan difícil o aparatoso el cultivo en casa, aquí te sugerimos los pasos que debes cumplir para realizarlo:

  1. Elegir variedad/semilla: Para poder elegir qué variedad de cannabis te va a funcionar debes basarte en tus gustos y en el espacio/tiempo que vas a dedicar hacia tu planta, actualmente para principiantes son recomendadas las autoflorecientes o híbridos ya que no necesitan mucho espacio y luz, además es importante que elijas un lugar confiable para comprar las semillas, pues deben ser semillas feminizadas para asegurarnos que la planta sea hembra y sean posible cultivarlas.

 

  1. Elegir medio de cultivo/sustrato:  existen diversos sustratos en los que cultivar cannabis, siendo los más comunes la tierra, fibra de coco y los sustratos hidropónicos, cada quien tiene su predilecto, sin embargo, para alguien que está iniciándose la tierra es bastante recomendable, especialmente tierra abonada que venden en los centros especializadas, ya que contiene gran cantidad de nutrientes y mantienen la humedad y pH indicado para la planta.

 

  1. Utilizar un sistema de iluminación adecuado: Si el cultivo será en un espacio interior es importante facilitarle a la planta la luz necesaria para que crezca, de acuerdo a cada fase de su desarrollo, existe una ampli gama de modelos de lámparas y focos que puedes usar, desde armarios diseñados para el cultivo de cannabis que vienen con las condiciones ideales pero cuestan entre 1000-2000 dólares, a bombillas de bajo consumo, lo importante es que para cada fase mantengas rangos de iluminación y potencia entre: 200 vatios en germinación y enraizamiento, 400 vatios en crecimiento y 600 vatios en floración.

 

  1. Atender las necesidades de aire, humedad, agua y nutrientes: Dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas donde te encuentres necesitarás implementar un buen sistema de filtrado de aire o usar humidificadores, para este punto lo más recomendable es que vayas a la tienda de suplementos local donde pueden guiar según las condiciones específicas de tu hogar.
  1. Germinación de la planta: luego de tener todo listo es hora de poner tus semillas a germinar, para esto puedes colocarlo directamente en el sustrato o en otro medio como papel absorbente o semilleros especiales.

 

  1. Vegetación y crecimiento de la planta

Luego de que la primera semilla germine comienza la fase de crecimiento y fotosíntesis, en esta parte es sumamente importante que la plantita comience a recibir 18 horas de luz artificial si decides colocarla en el interior,

  1. Floración y cosecha

Una vez las plantas estén en un tamaño acorde, el cual varían según cada especie, verás que comienzan a salir flores y tricomas, esto es buen indicativo y según la especie que tengas deberás disminuir la luz diaria a 12 horas. Luego de que veas abundantes tricomas y cambio de coloración hacia marron y naranja quiere decir que tu planta está madura y lista para cosechar.

  1. Secado

Una vez hayas extraido las plantas con mucho cuidado es importante que las seques en un lugar fresco, oscuro y con poca humedad, durante por lo menos dos semanas.
